You or your employer directly provide CMC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you or your employer:

CMC collects your data so we can:
- Manage your account.
- Provide and maintain our service, including monitoring the usage of our service.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the services you or your employer have purchased.
- To contact you: To contact you by email, telephone calls, regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities of contracted services.
- To manage your customer support requests.
Children's Privacy
We do not aim any of our services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

Do Not Track Requests

Required for the services you or your employer contract us for (Third Party Administration (TPA), record keeper (RK).
Business Transactions
If CMC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, CMC may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you or your employer provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security. We will comply with laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach and ensuing notification requirements.
You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.

Limits of Our Policy
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes.
